Aso LLC

Aso Philippines was founded in 1993 and remains the source factory for most of the Asian sales volume. This 3,000 square meter, state of the art facility employs over 125 employess, with a capability of 3 shifts daily under American and Japanese management. Total production capacity is 100 million adhesive bandage strips monthly with room for expansion. In addition, all products are sterilized on site in an integrated ETO sterilizing facility. All converting and sterilizing machinery was designed and built in Japan and the USA.

Aso Philippines has just completed the most recent round of certifications. GMP. ISO 9001:2000, ISO 13485, EN 46002, and the attendant CE marks, as well as Australian TGA certification, plus US FDA registration make this factory capable of exporting to any marketplace globally. The state of the art QA/ Sterility lab also ensures top quality products and efficiency with all capabilities on-site.

Integrated converting, sterilization and packaging means that Aso can manufacture and ship in the shortest times possible with maximum flexibility for product specifications and packaging. A constant goal is minimizing production run sizes and lead times so that even the smallest customers can be served with custom made brand programs.
